During the Certificate III in Health Administration you will develop the skills to understand medical terminology. The elective units include processing medical accounts, maintaining patient records and retrieving information from patient records.
You might be eligible for funding through the Certificate III Guarantee Program. It may also be possible to get an entry level job as an administration officer or medical receptionist without completing this qualification, so check what options are available in your local area.
